Black Boat Weekend is more than just an event—it’s a community experience, and we’re looking for passionate, reliable volunteers to join our team! We’re seeking lifeguards, on-site staff, and a select group of 2–3 DJs to help us create a safe, fun, and unforgettable weekend on the water. Volunteers will play a key role in ensuring smooth operations, keeping our guests safe, and bringing the energy that makes this event one-of-a-kind.
